Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai-Debut (2000)
Roshan's first leading role came opposite Ameesha Patel in Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai (2000), a highly successful romantic drama directed by his father, for which he won two Filmfare Awards—Best Male Debut and Best Actor.

Fiza (2000)
The film was critically acclaimed & well at box office, Karisma Kapoor won the Filmfare Award for Best Actress and Jaya Bachchan won the award in the Best Supporting Actress category, while Hrithik Roshan was nominated in the Best Actor category.

Mission Kashmir (2000)
Despite releasing on the same date as Mohabbatein it took a record opening and went on to become the third biggest domestic grosser of that year.

Yaadein (2001)
It mostly received negative reviews, but Roshan and Kapoor Khan's chemistry was highly appreciated. It was a critically panned but a commercial success in India, and major success in the overseas.

Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage , Na Tum Jaano Na Hum, Mujhse Dosti Karoge (2002)
The film Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage & Na Tum Jaano Na Hum suffered from bad reviews and was commercially unsuccessful. Mujhse Dosti Karoge was heavily hyped before release due to the A list cast resulting in excessive media focus on the film. It however was Super Hit at the Indian box office.

Lakshya (2004)
Lakshya netted around Rs. 230 million at the domestic box office.Lakshya grossed $5,859,242 worldwide including $753,600 from North American markets and $5,105,642 from other markets.

Krrish (2006)
Krrish received mixed reviews from critics in India. A blockbuster, Krrish grossed a worldwide total of ₹1.17 billion, becoming the second highest earning Indian film of 2006.Krrish was nominated for eight Filmfare Awards, including Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor for Roshan, and Best Supporting Actress for Rekha, winning three, including Best Special Effects. At the 2007 IIFA Awards, the film received nine nominations and won three, with one being Best Actor for Roshan.

Dhoom 2 (2006)
Dhoom 2 was nominated for several awards that year, but only picked up a few of the major ones. At the Filmfare Awards, Hrithik Roshan won the Best Actor, out of five total nominations for the film.

Jodhaa Akbar (2008)
Jodhaa Akbar collected ₹379.02 million in India and was declared a semi hit by Box Office India. In overseas, it grossed $7,550,000 (₹49.92 crores) and was declared a blockbuster.

Kites (2010)
Box Office India said the film "opened to a bumper response at most places" in India, but noted "reports are not encouraging, the biggest reason for failure are being the film has a lot of English and Spanish dialogue." The film collected ₹49.27 crore (US$7.7 million) nett in its lifetime run in India.

Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011)
With no significant competition other than Singham, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara remained No. 2 at the box office for 4 weeks after its release. It was one of the highest grossing Bollywood films of 2011 in India and internationally. The film was declared a super-hit in India and Overseas territories.

Agneepath (2012)
Agneepath broke the record of the highest opening day collections, with a nett of ₹217.6 million (US$3.4 million) on its opening day, surpassing the previous record held by Bodyguard. Subsequently, the film netted ₹621.1 million (US$9.7 million) over its extended four-day weekend

Krrish 3 (2013)
Krrish 3 released in over 4000 screens worldwide (3500 screens in India) and nearly 600 screens in key circuits overseas.The film saw its release in around 750 screens in the South India.
