Bernadette Banner is anxiously awaiting the unironic return of the fashionable ruff. Challenge accepted! After all, fashion is cyclical, and in my opinion, ruffs are TOTALLY due to swing back into the modern trends. Seriously, y'all. They're cute AF. You just don't know it, yet ;)

I've been talking about wanting a ruff for ages, and almost everyone I've had the conversation with says the same--they want one! In this video, I talk about my plan to adapt ruffs to the modern eye, then show you how I make a few before gallivanting around in various ruff-clad outfits.

Instead of the masses asking me if I was in a play, the public's reaction was overwhelmingly positive. But one woman does not make a trend, and that's where you come in! I've reached into the unopened box of cookies and grabbed the first snickerdoodle--now it's on you to help devour the whole box!
