How to make Argentian Choripan / Chorizo hot dog with Chimichurri sauce | Episode 7
Choripán is a type of sandwich with chorizo popular in Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile, Peru, and Bolivia. The name comes from the combination of the names of its ingredients: a grilled chorizo sausage and a crusty bread (Spanish: pan) such as a pan batido, baguette, or francés.
It was one of the easiest and most delicious dishes we ever made.
tsp = teaspoon
tbsp = tablespoon
Here are the ingredients:
Chorizo sausages
Baguette or hot dog buns
For Chimichuri:
Fresh Parsley (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
Garlic (finely chopped) - 3 tsp
Crushed red pepper - 1 tsp
Oregano - 3/4 tsp or you fresh orgenano 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Red Wine Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
