I purchased a used Grand Design Reflection 5th wheel trailer from Camping World. I didn't buy their outrageously expensive warranty, so they said it is sold "AS IS". The trailer was less than a year old so I couldn't image anything needing to be repaired. I have been camping for more than 30 years and this trailer has more problems than all my prior trailers combined. No doubt in my mind that many of the problems are Camping Worlds fault since they didn't winterize it correctly as well as removing the batteries and causing the entire 12 volt system to short out when the trailer was plugged in to shore power.
Grand Design was excellent and transferred their 1 year warranty on one exception, "Do not take the trailer to Camping World" for service. Yep, they put that in writing. Hmmmm.... Makes me wonder.
I'll never buy from Camping World again!
