Oil Cooler on a Volvo Penta Marine Diesel Engine TMD22 - Dismantle & Clean Cooling System Video PT2

In pt1:    • Exhaust Elbow, Turbo & Muffler on a Volvo ...   - of this video series I dismantled and cleaned the muffler box, exhaust elbow, turbo and checked the impeller and water pump pipes. I also replaced the water pump gasket and found a lot of calcium deposits inside the pipes.

In this video (pt2) I take apart and clean the oil cooler by removing the insert from the housing and flushing acid through the tubes.

In pt3:    • Heat Exchanger / Aftercooler on a Volvo Pe...   - I dismantle and clean the heat exchanger and reassemble everything.. hopefully!
