Hi Everyone, Namaste. Here I present you Spicy Potato & Cauliflower mixed veg dish especially famous in South Asian countries.
Very Easy to make in short time.
Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes (aloo), peeled and cut into cubes
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 red medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoon garlic and ginger paste
1 cup tomato ( 4 big tomato )
3 Green Chillis
3 cup Cauliflower
1 table spoon Gram Masala
1 table spoon kasmiri red chilli powder
Water as per the need
Salt to taste
3 table spoon veg oil
A handful of Chopped green coriander
