Hey guys, hope you're all doing well and are having a lovely day, evening or night! Sorry about the late upload today! Kinda slept when I was supposed to edit, so I left it till later and it delayed a little too much. Anyway, today's menu includes spaghetti & meatballs with cheesy garlic bread. I made the sauce using plum tomatoes, garlic, onion, sugar, salt, pepper and a few herbs such as rosemary and basil. I made the meatballs using 50% beef and 50% lamb as well as parmesan, a whole egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and coriander. They came out perfectly but unfortunately I kinda overcooked them so they dried out a little. It was still delicious and that sauce was just perfect! I hope you guys enjoy this one!
