I built this new vac-former as I needed something a bit bigger to do Paul's spare car body shells. Total time to build was 3 evenings and the cost (excluding the shop-vac) was 28 euros...... Yes, just 28 euros ! ! ! and I got the heater element new in a local harware shop for just a fiver brand new . . . . Can't be bad!!!!!!
I just need to drill more holes in the base board for more suction and leave the heat on for another 30 seconds to pull better next run.
