Youtube AV1 streaming issue with OBS - Sudden bitrate drop

UPDATE : AV1 streaming started working on 27.7.2024! Don´t have a clue why. OBS update?

A sudden bitrate drop when streaming to Youtube with OBS 30.0.0 using NVIDIA NVENC AV1 video encoder.

Lowering the bitrate from encoder settings doesn´t solve the issue. Disabling the firewall doesn´t work. Antivirus isn´t the cause. ISP says there is nothing wrong with the connection. HEVC drops some frames on streams and NVENC works just fine.

Sometimes the stream stays up for 10minutes, sometimes 1minute.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
