Jabulani takes a long time to wake up in his section of the homestead and when he does, he’s raring to go! He takes it out on Mambo as the two bulls spar and Jabulani engulfs the younger bull with his trunk.
The females are all surrounding Khanyisa in their section, with Kumbura following Khanyisa closely — and running to the calf’s side as she has a side-stumble. Limpopo rests her trunk on Khanyisa and then the females approach Adine at the fence for a morning greeting.
Stavros makes Khanyisa’s milk bottles in the orphanage kitchen and soon the calf is gulping down her breakfast with sweet potatoes and pellets in record time.
