This easy green hummus is made with spinach for a beautiful green color and an extra dose of plant power. Kids and adults love this creamy, tasty hummus. I like to use it on hummus pinwheel sandwiches for my son.
Hummus is a great way to add plant protein, iron, and healthy fats to your family's diet plus the lemon adds a little dose of vitamin C to help increase iron absorption. This hummus is great for dipping, sandwiches, wraps, or on top of falafel bowls.
I meal prep a big batch at the beginning of the week to enjoy all week long.
