Plan with me for the upcoming week using my personal rings filofax inserts in every day carry as well as my 3 happy planners. Join me as I show you how I use functional planning in my personal rings to schedule myself to work across 4 different calendars and books. I show you how I plan two events, set up a work out schedule, work in a budget book, and how I am working with a 12 week year. This is a classic functional type scheduling/planning that used to be popular in the #planningcommunity roughly 8 to 10 years ago. My planning is functional first, but also fun! I enjoy making little flip outs and coloring! I know this video is very long, but hopefully you find some value in some of it and it helps you with your system. Please bear with me as I am just learning how to make videos and working on my style. I am thinking my next video will be a silent video with text overlay. Who knows.

I enjoy using different types of systems such as personal rings for its portability and the disc bound system for the ability to fold in half and all of the cute accessories! Do you use multiple planners/systems for your personal planning?

Happy Planner Classic Fitness Edition: Used to plan out my health related fasting schedule and a diary of the work outs and log of what I actually did.

Happy Planner Classic Undated Budget Edition: Everything finance and budget lives in this book. I track my income, expenses, savings, etc. Future flip through in the works.

Happy Planner Classic Notebook that I refer to as my "current year book and goals planner" my perpetual calendar and my entire year of planning lives in this book. I am currently doing the 12 week year and planning projects and goals in blocks of 12 weeks which would be 3 months/1 quarter a year.
