3. How to successfully work with a VA:
-Hire slow, fire fast
-Give them a trial task
-Give them a 90-day probationary period
-Meet with them weekly
-Complete 3 and 3 feedback at least quarterly, if not more
4. How to find a VA and how much to pay:
-VA company
-Direct
-What I prefer and why
-You get what you pay for. Set pay in a way that you can afford it, yet it leaves some room for them to grow
-Set clear KRAs for how they can earn more, consider profit-sharing
