In this bonus December episode we’re tackling some of the unseen problems that come with restoring an old stone farmhouse. From failed drainage turning our track into a swamp, to improving water management around the house, these are the jobs that matter most but are easy to overlook.

OUR STORY:
We're Gav and Nicole and we decided to risk everything by swapping our comfortable lives in the city to buy an abandoned homestead/smallholding in the West of Wales.
