Abusive Father and Mother's Escape: 

Inosuke was born into a family with an abusive father. His mother, Kotoha, fled with him to protect him. 

Doma's Cult and a Mother's Sacrifice: 

They sought refuge with Doma's cult but soon discovered Doma was a demon who ate his followers. Cornered at a cliff during an escape, Kotoha dropped her infant Inosuke into the river to save him from Doma, who then killed and ate her. 

Life in the Wilderness

Raised by Boars: 

Inosuke miraculously survived the fall and was found and raised by a herd of wild boars. 

Wild Behavior: 

This upbringing in the wild instilled a beast-like nature and heightened instincts in him, explaining his wild behavior and unique "Beast Breathing" style.
