Update, American Standard shipped a new bowl. The original new one had over glazed rinse jets. They were amazing to work with when I called customer service. This replacement toilet bowl has perfect rinse jets and an excellent flush. They did screw up though and didn't send me a new wax ring like they said they would. They sent me the rubber ring that goes between the tank and bowl. I didn't need that part. #americanstandard #americanstandardtoilet #ravenna
