❣️The Story❣️
(This is a huge amount of AU headcannon)
Mapleshade is haunted by a curse (the black and grey cat) that takes everyone she cares about, it even takes over her mind when her kits die and the corruption causes her to murder those she once cared about. Her mind is cleared once she's mortality wounded, and as she's dying she realizes what's happening. The sprit watches over her, and when she dies her ghost takes the place of the previous cursed spirit. Now Mapleshade must continue the curse, and plague another cat. (Soon to be Crookedkit) The dead flowers symbolize the Ghost's affects on Mapleshade
