CRAZY TWIST. Osenai has such an understated character and genuinely seems to just enjoy going through the motions of life. As I uttered at the start of the video I wasn't really sure what happened to her in middle school and what her problem was as we see her and Jougorou had experienced some form of trauma. For Jougorou I feel it is easier to see what may have happened to him but Osanai not so much. After this episode my theory is something happened to Osanai and the old Osanai wanted justice because of her obsessive and vindictive personality (an assumption). Jougorou likely helped her and this led to a situation where both were maligned for their instance on uncovering the truth that no one asked for, thus the pact to become ordinary. I find it so interesting that as Osanai seems to act vindictive this episode Jogorou constantly tries to get her to stop having him pry and try to uncover what is happening. Ultimately he even pleads with her to resist the impluses meaning that this is likely reflective of how she used to be. Curious to see what happens as Kengo and Jogorou team up to "protect" Osanai.
