脊柱(脊椎)側彎其實就是脊骨變了S或C形,不能挺直。小童、青少年、成人、及長者都有機會患上脊柱側彎。但是青少年及長者病就比較多。要幫助改善脊柱側彎,必須由運動着手,改善姿勢,強化核心肌肉。坊間亦有針對脊柱側彎的運動治療,例如施羅特運動,SEAS 及KLAPP,但需要一對一的教導才能可以得到好效果。Dr. Joe 會教大家五招運動方法去幫助這個情況。如果做的時候又痛又不舒服就要停,不要勉強!
