10 Things to Know When Starting to Surfskate at Skateparks

Skateparks can be intimidating places when you first start, but there are some basic guidelines that can help you feel more comfortable and make your skatepark experience a positive one. This short video walks through the 10 most important ones (in my opinion) for surfskaters looking to get started shredding in bowls and ramps.

This will help you understand some of the unwritten skatepark etiquette, to know how to be a respected member of the skatepark community, and most importantly, to understand some of the best practices to keep yourself and others safe!
