The unbelievable fast rate of growth of the Tetrapanax papyrifera 'Steroidal Giant' in our garden. It's been planted out in March 2019 as a small cutting from the Tetrapanax in the old garden:
• Tetrapanax rate of growth 2012 - 2016
I'm thinking about pruning it every spring to this size. It looks perfect now and it's still protected from strong winds. It's the eye-catcher of our garden and it would be a shame if it's damaged.
