Just a quick video showing how I replaced the crankcase Presure sensor and pcv tube assembly on my 2016 FORD TRANSIT XLT 350 3.5L EcoBoost with error code PO51B. The Van had 68,000 miles at the time I shot this video.
The Check Engine Light would turn on after a short drive after the clearing the code.
I had already checked the oil dipstick and level along with the oil fill cap to make sure there were no leaks or other issues. Also, I had looked at the PCV Hoses to make sure they were still connected and not cracked or damaged.

The Check Engine Light has not come back on since I changed this Crankcase Oil Pressure Sensor. Ford calls this the Delta Pressure Feedback EGR Sensor (DPFE Sensor).
