Rajamala – The Hill Slopes of Eravikulam
Location: About 15 km from Munnar, in Idukki district, Kerala.
Altitude: ~2,000 meters (6,500 ft) above sea level.
Famous For: Being part of the Eravikulam National Park, home to the Nilgiri Tahr (endangered mountain goat).

Nilgiri Tahr Sanctuary 🐐
Rajamala is the best place to spot herds of Nilgiri Tahr in their natural habitat.
These goats graze freely on the grassy slopes.
