Hello Cruisers,
Today I went to The Lotus Restaurant, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Lotus Restaurant is a Vietnamese place, that has been open for a very long time and they are known for their unbelieve pho. They have a good-sized menu and the service is great... the food tends to come out right away. I was very happy with my experience today, and I know I will be going back soon for more pho and other amazing Vietnamese Cuisine. Let me know what you would like to see next time!
