A proposal to develop the area of the former Rooke site, has received outline planning permission at Thursday morning’s meeting of the Development and Planning Commission.
The development includes residential and commercial units but would also provide extensive green areas at a podium level.
However, the developers will now have to factor in a raft of conditions imposed by the Development and Planning Commission, amidst a number of concerns.
