Easy Halloween Balloon Arch | Spooky Halloween Balloon Garland with Spiderwebs

Happy Halloween! Today I’m showing you how to make an easy Halloween balloon garland.

And in another installment of my 20/20 challenge, I’m challenging myself to make it even more spooktacular in less than 20 minutes with less than $20 of supplies. So using some spiderwebs & Dollar Store spiders, I try to witch it up a little.
