One round of Intertribals after Grand Entry | Pechanga Pow wow 2026

Welcome to Sunday at the Pechanga Pow Wow, featuring the Intertribal Songs. After Grand Entry, the pow wow visits each drum for one intertribal song, welcoming everyone into the circle before contest dancing begins for the day. These moments are about togetherness—dancers, families, and visitors all sharing the floor.

I always make it a point to introduce each drum to our online community. The drum groups are the heartbeat of the pow wow, and every one of them plays a vital role throughout the weekend. Out of respect, I only film drums during intertribal songs, not during their original or contest songs.
