Hey loves 💕 In today’s vlog, I’m taking you along with me to my doctor’s appointment and just being real about how I’ve been feeling lately. After my appointment, I sat in the car for a while to talk about my health, self-care, and trying to find balance again.
Later that evening, I went to my daughter Royalty’s school for their movie night 🍿 — it was such a sweet way to end the day and reminded me why I’m working on getting healthier in the first place.
