Nevada Highway Patrolman thinks he runs the road and can tell me where I can "stop".

This video actually took place a while ago, July 23rd 2021. I was traveling North on US93 in Northern Nevada when trooper Boyer badge #443 of the Nevada Highway Patrol, decided to pull over my coworker that was traveling in front of me. I stopped behind the trooper to wait for him to do his traffic stop and us both be on our way and he didn't like that too much, so he had to pee his pants and give me a ticket too just to show his authoritah!. let me know what you think about his conduct in the comments if you think he conducted himself in a manner that would bring pride to the Nevada Highway Patrol. Personally, I think he was embarrassingly rude and condescending and just wanted to flex his power because of his badge and gun. what do you think?

P.s. the video cuts off before the end of the encounter so a few seconds is missing, but I did restart my camera so I’ve posted the final 4 minutes on my channel.
