Today we are using the Tupperware Pressure Cooker to make a Cheeseburger Casserole recipe. Very quick and easy! Always remember to season the recipe to how you like! Plus I have an added bonus making Homemade Ranch Dressing! Ingredients in the description below.

Ingredients for Cheeseburger Casserole
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 cup macaroni
1 small onion - chopped
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbl. mustard
2 Tbl. relish
1-1/3 cup beef stock
1 cup cheddar cheese
Ingredients for Homemade Ranch Dressing
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbl. fresh chopped Parsley or 1 tsp. dried
2 Tbl. fresh chopped Chives or 1 tsp. dried
2 Tbl. fresh chopped Dill or 1 tsp. dried
2 Tbl. fresh chopped green onions
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
milk to thin to desired consistency or can use buttermilk.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
