We are delighted to once again bring you a live classical Sivananda 90 minutes class on YouTube every day, for the month on August.

🙏🏻It is free, it is a chance for all our old practitioners to connect once again, and for a whole new ripple of participants to join the worldwide fraternity of Sivananda yoga.
🔸A Sivananda class has multiple benefits – reduction of stress, improvement of flexibility, stamina, strength, agility and youthfulness, a reduction of anger, anxiety and restlessness, and most importantly, some discipline and time with yourself.
🔸Participants often report remission of chronic illnesses, reduction of back, neck and shoulder pain and the improvement of mood and other health markers.
💛 Yoga does not require any prior experience or knowledge - just a desire to improve your health and a daily habit of practice.
If you cannot make it live, then the class will be available for 24 hours on the channel, for you to access, in your own time.
