[Beginner] Punch needle affirmation mug rug / coaster 2025

For today project, we are making punch needle mug rug or some may call it coaster. This project contain wording that can be challenging for some to punch, especially beginner. Follow me punch needling this project together.

0:00  - 0:14 -  Intro: Mug Rug/Coaster
0:20 - 01:34 - Transfer Pattern
2:00 - 10:43 - Punching the design
10:58 - 11:59 - Trimming and glue the edges
12:02 - 12:08 - Trimming the tails and rearrange loops
12:09 - 14:42 - Sealing the back
14:43 - 15:08 -  Finish Project

What I use;
1. Fabric - Rough Linen
2. Punch Needle for fine yarn (Size= Large)
3. 4 Ply combed yarn
4. Latex Glue (for backing)
5. Hot Glue gun
6. 2mm Soft Felt Fabric
