Carl Cestari teaching a "mixed" bag of tricks. Carl demo's some old-school Bare Knuckle Boxing, (Not for the ring or sparring).
Demoing the cross, swing & cut against a 2 handed front choke, as seen and taught in Cold Steel by John Styers.
Carl conditioning the edge of hand blow on the makiwara, and using proper body mechanics with little to no chambering or telegraphing.
Filmed around 1991, early 1992 in the Dungeon Paramus, NJ.
