Memento Mori S02E04: In this video, I demonstrate a very simple, fast way to pickle jalapeno peppers. Preparation and pickling can be done in under 15 minutes and this method can be used for other pepper varieties as well.
You'll need: Peppers, water, white vinegar, salt (any), sugar (any).
Optional: Spices (peppercorn, garlic, dill, bay leaf, basil, oregano, pickling spice, etc.)
Equipment: Cutting board, knife, cooking pot, jar(s), slotted spoon or tongs.
