Video Summary :
We scan columns left to right and only delete a column if it breaks the lexicographical order for any unresolved row pair. Once two adjacent rows are confirmed sorted,
we stop comparing them in future columns. This avoids unnecessary deletions and keeps earlier decisions intact.
The goal is to delete the minimum number of columns while preserving overall order.
