This was originally part of an arrangement of "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring" off of an old Amy Grant Christmas album. I thought that this section of the tune was so cool that I scratched the original melody altogether and arranged this part of it for cello! The original tune is for bagpipes, fiddle and symphony. This performance was for my senior recital at Belmont University in April 2013.
