Jerome Powell Sends Silver Price SURGING - (Fed Starts QE)

Fed chair Jerome powell announced yesterday that the Federal Reserve would resume purchases of US treasuries. He insists this is not QE, but silver and gold prices don't seem to buy it. It's hard to even express how bullish this is for the precious metals.
