Howie B & Húbert Nói - Music for astronauts and cosmonauts (CD1), 2007

Initial idea of Hubert Noi, inspired by Icelandic/Canadian astronaut Bjarni Tryggvason. A real-time soundtrack for take off, roundtrip in Earth's orbit and landing. "It takes a space vehicle 8:30 minutes to reach earth's orbit (297 km). From there it circulates earth in 90 minutes. This is a soundtrack for that journey." Recorded in 1998-2000.

Húbert Nói is an Icelandic artist who assisted on recordings by Psychic TV, HÖH aka Hilmar Örn Hilmarsson and collaborated with Howie B, providing the artwork for Howie B's debut album "Music For Babies".

Howie B. (Howard Bernstein) is a British musician, producer, songwriter, and engineer, founder of Pussyfoot Records and HB Recordings. He provided music for Wim Wenders' movie "End of Violence" and has won numerous awards.
