Creating traditions with friendships, such as a small get together in a tiny place & time every year, can make a positive difference.


This holiday we reflected on what we wanted to do during the year,

and achieved a rewarding goal such as reconnecting with friends.

For those who are unable to associate this time of the year as a happy time with family now, this season can be difficult for them.

Enjoying a chat with new people, as well as deeper and more positive conversation with individuals we already know helps them know that they ARE loved and DO have people who want to celebrate the festive season with them
