We helped a single mother restore her abandoned home
Hello dear friends!

Today’s project is truly special. We had the honor of helping Ms. Hong, a brave and hardworking single mother, clean up her family’s old house — a place that had been abandoned for over 10 years.

Years ago, Ms. Hong moved to the city to live with her extended family, leaving the house behind. Unfortunately, life took a difficult turn, and she and her young son had to return to their hometown, only to find their home completely overgrown. Thick weeds and wild plants had taken over the entire yard, covering the front path and even blocking the entrance.

Despite the scorching 40°C (104°F) heat, our team spent 6 intense hours clearing the area around the house. We cleaned every corner so Ms. Hong and her son could have a fresh new start in their old home.

At the end of the day, seeing her smile — full of joy and memories — reminded us why we do this. Sometimes, helping someone return home is more than just cleaning; it's about restoring hope.
