DIY Christmas garland with miniature houses | Christmas decoration

Yes, you heard right, this time we're not talking about dolls. Okay, I'm a miniaturist—why not decorate my space with a miniature? Especially since they sell ready-made garlands in the form of empty glass jars with light bulbs inside.
Let's add some snow, houses, pine cones, Christmas trees, whatever you want, and let's preserve this winter as a memory.

00:44 | I'm making holes in the coffee sticks where I want the windows and doors to be. Of course, you can just draw them on and not do this, but I've decided to have fairy lights in the windows
01:15 | I sand the sticks with holes using sandpaper and files
01:27 | I mark out the future houses and cut out all the parts along the markings with a craft knife
01:41 | I'm gluing the pieces together end-to-end (the houses are too small and not subject to stress, so I'm not using my usual fasteners for this project). I'm using cyanoacrylate-based glue, so again, be careful! The glue is toxic!
02:11 | I cover my houses with water-based stain
02:45 | I make house windows out of UV epoxy resin. Of course, you don't have to do this, but I just like it that way
02:56 | I paint the frames with acrylic paint using a very thin brush
03:05 | Please note, I am not covering the doors with epoxy resin, as a diode will be placed through them into the house
03:19 | I use small pom-poms to simulate snow on the roof. You can use any materials for this. I glue it with PVA glue
03:56 | I cut out decorations of suitable sizes
04:25 | My garland had cool-color LEDs, but I wanted warm ones, so I had to paint them. If you're lucky enough to have the right garland, you can skip the dreaded process of painting and drying 50 LEDs. It took a terribly long time
