Easy Mini Clay Dragons | Polymer Clay Tutorial

Hi guys, Clara here, and due to popular vote, today I’ll be showing you how to make your own easy mini clay dragons. I decided to create three variations using three colours of clay: green, blue, and pink.

The type of clay used in this video is Sculpey, Craft, and Fimo. I use what’s available as most brands are similar to each other. Always follow your clay’s baking instructions on the package when making clay creations. I baked mine at 225 degrees in a preheated oven for 5-20 minutes. 5 minutes for pre-bakes and another 20 minutes for the final bake. Leave to cool the clay before handling them as they are still soft and handling them may leave dents.

Tip: When shaping the clay, if you find that you are leaving a lot of fingerprints, you can use a q-tip and acetone to wipe the surface of the clay clean.
