Today, we're taking a microscopic look at the Bulova Accutron Spaceview Evolution. This is a watch powered by a unique electrostatic movement that guarantees absolutely smooth operation of the second hand.
The dial is skeletonized and even a close look shows the perfect workmanship of all the edges and polished surfaces, which reflect reflections from all sides.
The view of the rotating disc at 9 position is not to be missed. The other two discs are only in motion when the watch is "charging". That is, if they are in motion - picked up, worn, etc.
The blue screws are turned out with no defects and no tool marks.
Lumo dots are equipped with a surprisingly thick coating, so reading the time is not a problem even in the darkest darkness.
Overall, I rate this Bulova as one of the best crafted watches I have ever had under the microscope.
