Christmas at the Bruderhof: how we celebrate

Merry Christmas, friends! Here's a look at how we celebrate Christmas at the Bruderhof community, from the perspective of our family in Australia.

For us, as for so many Christians the world over, Christmas is a festive time of year, and it's always a joy to get together with family, friends and neighbors to share Christmas treats, sing carols, and most of all, to give thanks for Jesus, the Light of the world!

May you know God's peace and love this Christmastime, and throughout the year. "Joy to the world, the Lord is come! Let Earth receive her King! Let every heart prepare Him room, and heaven and nature sing!"

About us: We're the parents of three sons and live at Danthonia Bruderhof, a Christian community in northern New South Wales, Australia, and enjoy discussing our faith, family, food (Norann's an awesome cook!), and the day-to-day adventures of life in "the bush".
