Sonic.EXE: OUTCOME MEMORIES (commonly shortened to Outcome Memories or OM) is a fangame themed around the creepypasta Sonic.EXE. It was created by 1sobbe on the Roblox platform.

The game itself is heavily inspired by Sonic.EXE: The Disaster, which is similarly inspired by Sonic.EXE and was a Roblox game that was unfortunately deleted on May 5, 2025 due to profiting off of Sega characters.Though Outcome Memories attempts to put a twist and be its own unique game, making it a very memorable successor.

Outcome Memories follows the Survivors, a group of characters from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, attempting to survive the Executioner, who will take the form of a demonic version of Sonic (or one of his associates). The goal of the Survivors is to survive and escape with their team via entering a Green Ring at the end of each match, which spawns in a random location. However, the Executioner's goal is to kill every survivor, no matter what it takes.
