Probably the second most difficult Turismo challenge I've done, after the six-star wanted level one. To be honest though, four, five, and six wanted stars each come with their own challenges. The Rhino tanks on six stars will kill you in one hit, but they're fairly immobile. The FBI Cars on five wanted stars are very quick, but on four wanted stars, you have the mix of quick Police cars and heavy Enforcers.

I originally did this with just the peds riot cheat on, but it was too easy, so I decided to up the ante and add a few wanted stars as well.

The cheats I had on were: Peds riot, peds carry weapons, and peds hate Claude. However, I believe the peds riot cheat overwrites the peds hate Claude cheat to a degree, as they're just as interested in fighting each other as they are in fighting the player character.

Also, one interesting thing I noted was that the peds who carry rocket launchers can't use them properly. That is because they can't aim with them. They simply fire the weapon, which, for some reason, doesn't send the rocket out of the weapon, and just blows up on the spot. I guess the game was never coded to shoot rocket launchers (or sniper rifles) like that. As the player, we have to aim with R1 before we can use them.
