RECIPE
8g olive oil
200g sliced red onion
salt
Simmer over middle heat for about 2 min.
40g brown sugar
80g vegetable stock
15g balsamic vinegar
20g red wine
20g white wine vinegar
Cover with a lid and simmer for 45 min over low heat. Stir them sometimes while simmering.
Once you get the perfect texture, remove the lid and season with salt & black pepper and keep simmering for reduction.
Cool down well before serving.
