INGREDIENTS
FIRST RECIPE
1 cup dark chocolate* (you can use a sugar free keto chocolate like Lily’s)
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts (you can use salted if you’d like)
SECOND RECIPE
1 1/2 cups natural peanut butter (divided)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (you can use a sugar free maple syrup)
3/4 cup oat flour (or 1 cup almond flour)
1 cup dark chocolate (you can use a sugar free keto chocolate)
THIRD RECIPE
200g dark chocolate (about 1 1/2cups) you can use sugar free dark chocolate like Lily’s
2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey or agave (or sugar free maple syrup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
3 tbsp almond flour (can sub protein powder or 1/2-1 tbsp coconut flour)
