"Today, I'm introducing a fantastic Gukbap (Korean Rice Soup) place! This restaurant is famous for its Sundae-guk (Korean Blood Sausage Soup), Dwaeji-gukbap (Pork and Rice Soup), and Hanwoo Seomori-gukbap (Korean Beef Head Meat Soup).

That day, I wanted to eat more meat than sundae, so I went with the Dwaeji-gukbap, and it was truly the best choice! The amount of meat was generous, there was absolutely no gamey smell (잡내), and the broth of the pork rice soup was totally outstanding.
