Jennifer Krech, OD: Low vision and blindness can result from Usher syndrome and can impact quality of life and activities of daily living. During this lecture we will discuss what low vision and legal blindness is, and what rehabilitation can be done to support those with low vision. We will discuss common low vision goals and some strategies and devices to address these goals, as well as what resources are available in the community to help.
